I approached CoCo B Productions to partner on an opportunity for professional development. We at Rush University College of Nursing were fortunate to have leadership that believed in competency development and allowed us to look at this opportunity holistically. With CoCo B Productions we took an innovative approach to employee engagement and growth by coordinating a vision board experience.

The result was 15 employees across our college, including members from senior leadership team to our individual contributors, collaborating on their personal vision and professional goals that culminated in a chance to share in ways we had never as a team and learn more about each other and what drives us toward success. We found the experience one of the best “out of the box” development initiatives we’d ever experience. I would recommend CoCo B to anyone who is looking for an innovative experience that builds collaboration up, down and across organizations.
