Blueprinting Exhale
Release What Was. Reset the Body. Design What’s Next.
This signature experience offers a supportive space to slow down, reset, and realign with intention through guided reflection, visioning, and sound. Led by Shay, a certified sound bath practitioner based in Los Angeles, Blueprinting Exhale™ blends mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound to support rest, regulation, and reconnection. Drawing from her work at Julianne Hough’s KINRGY Studios, where movement is rooted in authenticity over perfection, this experience invites participants to release what no longer serves them and design a grounded path forward with clarity, ease, and purpose.
ABOUT KINRGY CONNECT
KINRGY is a dance based movement studio, created by Emmy award-winning choreographer Julianne Hough.
KINRGY CONNECT is a fusion class that combines dance cardio, breathwork, mindful movement and soundbowls. This hour-long session takes you through an emotional and energetic journey - focused on movement and dance holistically.
At KINRGY, we celebrate authenticity and personal expression in movement - instead of "perfection". We end the class with a soundbowl. We invite you to bring pillows, blankets or whatever you need to get comfortable for the second half of class - mat will be provided!
ABOUT SHAY

Shay is a certified sound bath practitioner based in Los Angeles who creates experiences that blend sound, breath, meditation, and ritual. From intimate one-on-one sessions to group offerings, private events, and digital classes, Shay guides sound experiences designed to support rest, regulation, and reconnection.
Her work includes guiding dance cardio, breathwork, & sound baths at Julianne Hough’s KINRGY Studios in West Hollywood, CA and on the KINRGY digital platform, where classes are shared with a global community. This work is deeply personal to her as it’s rooted in her own healing journey and love for bringing light, compassion, and kindness to others.
