Behind the Scenes at ATL Live: Staying Focused on Your Goals in 2026

There is something powerful about being in a live studio, lights on, energy high, and knowing the conversation you are about to have can truly shift how someone sees their life.
Recently, I had the opportunity to join ATL Live to talk about something we are all thinking about right now: how to actually stay focused on our goals in 2026. Not just setting them. Not just posting about them. But staying committed to them long after the excitement of a new year fades.

The real reason people lose momentum
One of the biggest talking points from our conversation was this simple truth: most people do not fail their goals. They stop checking in with their vision.
Life gets busy. Work, family, responsibilities, and unexpected challenges can quickly pull us away from what we said we wanted for ourselves. Without a system or practice that keeps your vision visible, it becomes easy to drift into survival mode instead of intentional living.
That is where blueprinting comes in.
Turning vision into a daily practice
During the interview, I shared how blueprinting is not just about creating a vision board once a year. It is about building a clear and intentional roadmap for your life across every area that matters: mindset, wellness, relationships, professional goals, finances, and more.
When you regularly revisit your blueprint, you reconnect with your purpose. You remember what you are working toward and why it matters. You begin to make decisions that align with the life you are designing instead of reacting to whatever shows up.
That shift alone can change everything.
A behind-the-scenes moment
Being behind the scenes at ATL Live was a reminder of how important it is to use every platform and every conversation to encourage people to pause and reflect. Before the cameras even started rolling, we were already talking about intention, clarity, and how powerful it is when people give themselves permission to dream again and then take action.
Those are the conversations I love most. The ones that remind us we are not just setting goals. We are designing lives.
Moving through 2026 with intention
As we move through this year, my encouragement is simple: keep your vision where you can see it. Revisit it often. Adjust when needed. And most importantly, stay connected to the version of yourself you are becoming.
Focus is not about perfection. It is about alignment and consistency.
I am grateful to ATL Live for creating space for this conversation and for allowing me to share the power of blueprinting with a wider audience. If there is one thing I hope viewers take away, it is this: your vision deserves your attention all year long, not just at the beginning.
