THE VISION BOARD WORKSHOP

The vision boarding process serves as a foundational component of the Workshop where individuals will identify their dreams and visions as it pertains to all aspects of their life for the upcoming year. Mariko Bennett will guide individuals through four key steps to visualize their precise focus, ideas, solutions, and motivations. The four-part vision board exercise includes:

01. Shape

Their  Vision

Prior to the Workshop, each individual will receive a physical or virtual Vision Board Kit featuring motivating literature to stimulate their dreams. This process aids participants in identifying 3-5 goals, so they arrive at the Workshop with concise goals for the year.

02. Soldify

Their  Vision

At the Workshop, participants will translate their vision onto a virtual or physical vision board. This process serves as a visual representation of who they are and what they want to become.

03. Discuss

Their  Vision

Each participant will share their vision with other team members to gain insight into action steps and opportunities for improvement. This step is to ensure participants feel empowered to execute their vision.

04. Affirm

Their  Vision

There is power in the manifestation of thoughts and dreams to fulfill one’s destiny. The vision boarding process concludes with participants speaking out their visions and affirmations, empowered by the energy of the group.

S.M.A.R.T. GOAL SETTING WORKSHOP

Mariko’s S.M.A.R.T goal setting will guide participants in transforming their intentions into S.M.A.R.T goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and timely - resulting in a strategic plan to achieve success. During the Workshop, participants will create S.M.A.R.T goals based on their visions discovered in the vision board exercise.

Specific

Visions are to be set by specific clear goals to create a purposeful pursuit.

Measurable

Establishing realistic timelines for tracking progress allows goals to be analyzed by qualitative and quantitative benchmarks.

Achievable

Goals set are to be realistic with resources that are available or attainable.

Relevant

Ensure implementation of goals that serve as stepping stones to support and move closer to the vision.

Timely

Deadlines are to be assigned to maintain forward momentum to best achieve the ultimate vision.
